- Prices do not include postage and packing. This charge is calculated when orders which are to be delivered are received.
- Orders are accepted subject to items being available.
- Customers will be notified within 24 hours if there are any out of stock items.
- Cheques to be made payable to Treasured Favours Ltd.
- Cheques will not be banked until we are ready to process your order.
- Upon receipt of your remittance we will commence processing your order.
- Delivery: orders are processed as quickly as possible once payment is received and/or cheques cleared.
- Cancellation is not acceptable after 72 hours of order being placed and accepted.
- Prices exclude VAT.
- Privacy information: customer contact information is used to get in touch with clients when necessary and for delivering client orders. Any contact information you supply is for Treasured Favours use only.
- We occasionally share client comments we receive via our website. We do not publish any last names or specific address information that may identify you.
